🎯 Background

After spending several years in Human Resources across the Carolinas, I transitioned into the staffing industry in Washington, D.C. in 2007 and I’ve never looked back. I currently serve as a Division Director at Hoxton Circle, where I’ve spent over a decade specializing in accounting and finance placements. With 17+ years in the staffing industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of professionals find meaningful career opportunities. Over the course of my career, I’ve also generated more than $6 million in revenue through business development initiatives.

My core competencies include employee benefits, training and development, executive relationship management, and specialized recruiting across the accounting function. I have experience working with Fortune 500 companies, privately held organizations, PE-backed and VC-funded businesses, startups, and nonprofits. My recruiting expertise spans roles such as Controller, CAO, CFO, VP of FP&A, Director of Finance, Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, and much more. I am originally from Pontiac, Michigan. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

I am the son of an Athletic Director and played every sport you can think of. I was also Captain of the Duke Football Team in the early 2000s.

🏖 Outside of Work

When I am not working, I love working out, fishing, golf, and playing sporting activities with my wife and two kids. We love traveling and visiting family in North Carolina & Outer Banks.
